We currently offer shipping only within the United States.

Where are your products made?

We work with many different brands that produce goods around the world. Many of our items are made right here in the USA!

What delivery methods does Mobstub use?

It depends on the item but most Mobstub deals are shipped via USPS or UPS. However, we occasionally also ship via Fedex and DHL.

 

ORDERING

A product I want is sold out. Can I still get it?

No worries! We always relist popular items. Be sure to check our site daily for our new deals and subscribe to our daily email deal-notifications.

Do I have to share the offer on Facebook or Twitter?

No. However, since we value your recommendation, sharing the offer on Facebook or Tweeting it will unlock an even greater discount.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Can I combine multiple orders and pay only once for shipping?

Each item has its own shipping fee. This is part of the streamlined way we can offer you the best prices available anywhere!

What size item should I order?

Because we sell products from many different brands the sizing may vary. You can click the link to the size chart located on the product and event pages, where we display vendor sizing whenever possible. If the vendor does not supply a size chart, we use our own measurements.

Where is the size chart?

We post a link to it on the event page and alongside the product information.

How do I know which features are included with the item?

Each deal page has a highlights section with a list of all included features as well as the specs for the item.

How do I know what my order number is?

Once your order is processed we will send you an email with your order confirmation. Your order number will be included in the email.

I placed an order. Can I change the shipping address?

Once an order is placed it is processed for immediate shipping and we are unable to change the shipping address.

I placed an order. Can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, Mobstub is unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

How do I check my order status?

Go to my orders  You'll find details there.

Why is my order still "processing"?

All orders can take up to 7-10 business days to ship, (unless stated otherwise).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking information.

What does store credit count toward?

Store credit can be applied to your order total.

How do I use my store credit?

It?s simple! All you have to do is enter the 6 digit number into the promo code box. Or click the apply credits button at check out.

How can I contact Mobstub?

All customer service inquiries are generally addressed via email. Please email support@mobstub.com and one of our friendly agents will reply to your email within 24 hours (our customer support office is closed on Saturday and Sunday so if you write in on Friday your email will be read first thing on Monday morning!)

What is Mobstub?s return policy?

Due to the fact that our deals are so greatly discounted, the deals we negotiate with our vendors are final close-out sales. As such we simply cannot accept returns and all sale are final unless stated otherwise on the deal page, thanks so much for understanding! For defective or damaged merchandise, notify us by emailing support@mobstub.com within 15 days of receiving it. Please include the order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and the issue you are having with the item. If the defective item is out of stock, it can be returned for a full refund. Please understand that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for personal items such as swimwear or undergarments.

What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?
