Products usually ship with in 7-10 business days unless written otherwise on the deal page. you will get a conformation email when your product is shipped.
Can I combine multiple orders and pay only once for shipping?
No, we charge the shipping fee for each item ordered. It's part of the streamlined way we can offer you the best prices available anywhere.
What is your return policy?
Due to the fact that our deals are so greatly discounted, the deals we negotiate with our vendors are final close out sales. As such we simply cannot accept returns and all sale are final unless stated otherwise on the deal page, thanks so much for understanding! For defective or damaged merchandise, notify us by emailing support@mobstub.com please include your order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and the issue you are having with the item. If the defective item is out of stock, it can be returned for a full refund.
Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?
No. In fact, most vouchers can’t be used until the next day after you purchased it. If you are ever able to use the voucher on the same day it will be specified in the offers Fine Print.
I bought an voucher - How do I use it?
Once you’re charged you will receive an email with a link to print your voucher, print it and go out and enjoy it.
I bought the offer but I didn’t receive an email?
You should check your SPAM filter since the email containing the link to your voucher can occasionally get caught there. Make sure to add info@mobstub.com to your email address book to prevent this in the future.
Can I buy an offer as a gift for someone else?

If I don’t use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder at a later date?
No, unless stated otherwise you will not receive store credit or cash back for the amount you don’t use.

What happens when my voucher expires?
There is still hope! Once a voucher reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value, but you can still redeem it at the price you paid for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state.
